Messages aren't sending
Ticks, queued messages, blocked sends and what each one is telling you.
Reading the ticks
The same ticks as WhatsApp:

A message sitting on one tick for a while usually means the recipient's phone hasn't come online yet. That's normal and outside anyone's control.
"That number isn't connected"
The connected number isn't currently linked, so the send was refused rather than silently queued. Check Settings → Numbers — see My number won't connect.
You'll also see a banner on every page while a number is down, so this shouldn't be a surprise.
A send was blocked
Tenashi may block or warn on a message that puts your number at risk — typically a burst of similar messages to people who haven't messaged you first.
You can send anyway if you're confident, but read Keeping your number safe first. A banned number is not recoverable, and the warning exists because that outcome is permanent.
Messages sending slowly
Deliberate. Tenashi paces sending — particularly broadcasts — because a burst of identical messages is exactly the pattern WhatsApp's spam detection looks for. Slower sending is what keeps the number alive.
New numbers are paced harder than established ones, for the same reason.
Nothing is sending at all
Check in this order:
- Is the number Active? Settings → Numbers.
- Is the phone online? A linked device needs its phone to check in.
- Do you have reply permission? Ask an admin if unsure.
- Has the number been restricted by WhatsApp? If WhatsApp has actioned it, the number will show as blocked and this needs resolving with WhatsApp directly.
If none of those explain it, email support with the number and roughly when it stopped.
