Workspace settings

Sales or support mode, labels, stages, notifications and the rest of your workspace setup.

Sales or support mode

The single biggest setting. It decides whether your workspace runs on deals and a pipeline or tickets and SLAs, and changes the language throughout to match.

Pick the one that describes what your team actually does. Sales teams chasing opportunities want deals; teams answering problems want tickets.

Labels

Create labels to group conversations however suits you — by product, region, urgency, source. Labels also control access: a member can be restricted to conversations carrying particular labels.

Stages

Define the stages of your pipeline or your ticket workflow. Match how your team really works rather than a generic template — the board is only useful if the columns mean something to the people using it.

Chat priority

Define priority levels (P0, P1, P2, or your own names) with colours. They show as a marker in the conversation list so urgent chats are visible without opening anything.

Notifications

Choose what you're notified about and where. Notification preferences are per-person, so an owner watching everything and an agent watching their own assignments don't have to agree.

Canned replies

Your saved responses, inserted in the composer with /. Worth keeping tidy — a canned reply list nobody can find their way around stops getting used.

Lead sources

Track where enquiries come from, so you can tell which channel is actually producing customers.

Integrations

Connect Tenashi to other tools you run. What's available is listed in Settings → Integrations.

Safety

Settings that protect your WhatsApp number from being blocked or banned. Worth reading before your first broadcast — see Keeping your number safe.
